Scottish Parliament discuss China MoU

The Scottish Government’s discussions with Chinese firms to create a Memorandum of Understanding collapsed. There had been strong criticism of the firms’ human rights records. First Minister’s questions included discussion about lessons learned and future negotiation of trade deals.
