Pressure mounts for Universal Credit to be halted
Thousands of Scots are being left in poverty and debt says Citizens Advice Scotland.
The charity has called on the scheme to be paused until significant issues have been rectified in the system.
Universal Credit aims to replace six existing benefits with one single payment, making access to social security payments less complicated and to support people into work.
