This is an opportunity for members to hear from the Scottish Human Rights Commission (SHRC) about fascinating new research findings on Scotland’s attitudes towards human rights. Members can also help to shape an upcoming ‘declaration on rights’ and get the latest news on current issues.
There will also be an opportunity for members to share information about human rights work that they are involved with in order to inform others, gain support and/or gather advice and feedback from other members. Let us know by email if you would like to talk for up to 5 mins about your organisation’s work or a particular human rights-related issue.
This roundtable will be 10am – 12noon, followed by lunch, on 26th September in Norton Park, 57 Albion Road, Edinburgh EH7 5QY.
