*NEW* Brexit & the Immigration Bill
The Immigration Bill is currently being debated at Westminster. It is all about the immigration status of EU and EEA citizens and their families after Brexit.
MPs recently accepted the ‘Costa amendment’ which requires the UK Government to negotiate a separate agreement with the EU about citizen rights, even if no other agreement can be reached. This will help to ensure that EU citizens and their families have more certainty, even in the event of a ‘no deal’ with the EU.
