Briefing: the 2020 Continuity Bill

The Scottish Government announced that in 2020, it will introduce a new Scottish Continuity Bill.

Central to this is the idea of making it easy for Scots law to keep pace with EU law. One of the concerns around rights and Brexit is the need to keep progressing on rights, and not lag behind our European neighbours.
