“COVID-19 is a test for our societies, and we are all learning and adapting as we respond to the virus. Human dignity and rights need to be front and centre in that effort, not an afterthought”: Michele Bachelet, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights

How can we make sure that human rights are respected and protected as we respond to the coronavirus in Scotland?  Organisations are invited to join an online discussion at 3-4.30pm on Thursday 23rd April, in order to:

  • share concerns and information around the impact of response to the virus on human rights in Scotland
  • discuss ways to work together to protect human rights in these circumstances.

Details of the programme will be available shortly. Email hrcscotland@gmail.com to request to join the meeting or for more information.
