Consortium Briefs Finance and Constitution Committee on Internal Markets Bill

The UK Internal Markets Bill raises serious questions about the extent to which the Scottish Parliament will be able to pursue different policies than those adopted for England. Therefore, areas such as action on the right to health, to food and to a healthy environment could be impacted if the Bill passes in its current form.

The Human Rights Consortium Scotland has worked with UK-wide partners to submit comments to the Finance and Constitution Committee for their consideration. You can read the full text of the briefing here.
