Join the Consortium from 10am to noon on 16th June for an open discussion following the Scottish Parliament election. We will be giving updates regarding the state of human rights in Scotland and our goals for the next Parliamentary session.
We will also be hearing from the following speakers about current human rights issues:
- COVID-19 and Human Rights with Naomi McAuliffe, Programme Director for Amnesty International in Scotland
- Voter ID with Sam Grant, Policy and Campaigns Manager for Liberty
As with all our Roundtable discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to share their own updates, goals and views. If you would like a 5 minute slot to give an update, please let us know. All civil society organisations are welcome to join.
This meeting will be conducted over Zoom. Please contact Rebecca@hrcscotland.org for details.
We want this event to be accessible to all. If you have any particular accessibility requirements, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can make any arrangements required.
BSL Interpretation will be available – please could you let us know by Tuesday 8th June if you will use the BSL Interpreters. After this date, we will do our very best to provide BSL Interpretation but cannot guarantee it.
