There are big plans for stronger, fuller human rights law in Scotland. The Scottish Government has committed to develop a new human rights statutory framework that will include economic and social rights. For the very first time, it will also put the International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) into Scots law.

Join this webinar from 9:15am to 10:30am on the 10th September, to hear more from on-the-ground experts about what needs to happen to better protect migrants’ human rights in Scotland.

We will be joined by the following expert speakers:

  • Dr Sarah Kyambi, Director of Migration Policy Scotland
  • Noelia Martínez , Project Coordinator at Citizens Rights Project
  • Eva Kourova, Treasurer of Ando Glaso
