2021 has been a year of both exciting progress and challenging setbacks for human rights in Scotland. We want to celebrate our human rights defenders and stand in solidarity with them.
Therefore, please join the Human Rights Consortium Scotland and Making Rights Real for ‘Human Rights Day: Voices of Hope’ on the 9th December 2021, 6-7:30pm. This online event will reflect on the previous year, and celebrate the people and plans that give us hope for the future. It will be an informal, interactive and fun evening of toasts, poetry, a quiz, opportunities to connect and music to inspire.
We will update this post as contributors, performers and speakers are confirmed.
We want this event to be accessible to all. If you have any particular accessibility requirements, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can make any arrangements required. Please contact Rebecca@hrcscotland.org if you need any more information.
