- Edinburgh Office, or home working with periodic travel to meetings/events

- Pay: £33,787
- Plus 9% employer pension contribution
In this new and senior role, you will be part of influencing debate and developments around ambitious new human rights law in Scotland. At a UK level, major changes to human rights law are planned, and the Consortium will play a key role in helping to raise Scottish civil society voice about these changes.
We are committed to working in partnership in all that we do. You can expect to work closely with our member organisations, bringing their experience and voices directly to the decision-making table. You will be an excellent communicator, being accessible and engaging in all that you write and say.
You will have an initial focus on influencing around access to justice. You can also expect to be involved in influencing around many other crucial aspects of the policy, culture and law that impact rights realisation.
The Consortium is a small team, but flexible and impactful. We learn all of the time, always challenging ourselves to listen, to change, and to do all that we can to promote a human rights culture in Scotland.
