Civil litigation examined

A new bill that will look at rules and procedures around civil proceedings in court by a group of people has been introduced to the Scottish Parliament. This is an important bill for groups considering strategic litigation to bring about change in social rights. The HRCS will provide more information on this draft legislation soon.
