This episode of the #HumanRights2020s podcast is a recording of a webinar held on the 6th September 2021, entitled ‘Human Rights and Devolution.’ The webinar explored Scotland’s unique devolution arrangement with the government of the United Kingdom, and the impact this has on the protection and promotion of human rights both in Scotland and across the UK.
The speakers were Dr Katie Boyle, Associate Professor of International Human Rights Law at the University of Stirling, and Professor Nicole Busby, Professor in Human Rights, Equality and Justice at the University of Glasgow.
