Government report on child rights progress

The Scottish Government has published their first Report and Action Plan, Progressing The Human Rights of Children in Scotland, to comply with Ministers’ duties under the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014. The report looks at a range of areas such as around biometric data, stop and search, looked after children’s rights, family justice and measures to protect children.
